The origin story.
Miyndsett was born out of frustration. As a clinician navigating the supervision process, the founder saw firsthand how fragmented and manual the experience was — spreadsheets for tracking hours, disconnected tools for notes and billing, and no single platform that understood how clinical supervision actually works.
He works in the counseling profession, sitting with clients week in, week out, and feeling the friction of current popular platforms. A Marine veteran pursuing a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision while building Miyndsett alongside his clinical work, his background spans economics, business, and marriage and family therapy — giving him a unique lens on what clinicians actually need from their tools.
